Customer ReviewsExcellent Entry for Star Wars (5 stars)This app is clearly built upon the amazing Pixar books that have been released over the last few years, but with some great additions. The interactivity and fetch questing that has been added to the story mode is very engaging, and the points system has my kids continuously re-reading. The addition of a real game, is fantastic as well. It seems like a modified version of Episode I: Racer for N64, but with much, much dumber AI - but it is FINALLY an iOS podracing game! (5 stars) Since this is mainly an interactive storybook app, I was afraid the podracing might just be some tacked-on, half-baked mini game, but thankfully I was wrong. You can play as 6 different characters with 12 different pods, race on over a dozen tracks, buy tons of upgrades, and play 4 different game modes. Its fun, the controls work well, the graphics look great, and its got plenty of depth and replay value. Seriously, if you like interac Not so Hot (2 stars) This is a pod racing game that is tied into a "comic book" lay-out story. It's pretty lame. You have to earn points pod racing to be able to unlock animated features for the comic book characters. If you think that this is a game whereby you can go into "campaign mode" by light saber/laser gun fighting your way through the galaxy - you are wrong.
