Much in the same way that physical workout regimens that promise "you won't even feel it!!" are gimmicks, I dislike brain training exercises that you have to take their word that they're even doing anything. From the start, Elevate's training both challenged my thinking and even frustrated me a little when I found I couldn't just breeze through them. Eliminating redundancy and summarizing are two skills that I use a lot in business
