All I need to do is ask for the app on Mac or Windows and I'm done!!!!! But why do we have do down load the app on the Mac or Windows it makes no sense I want a refund and not at the same time!?!?

Won't open up when we click on the app. Just goes to black screen for a second then back to home screen. Will request refund if not fixed soon.
