Use our app to sync with your credit cards and bank accounts to track purchases as they happen. We'll even pull in eReceipts, digital copies of the paper receipts you normally have to carry around, for most purchases under $75.

For any purchases that are made with cash or are not eligible for eReceipts, turn your phone in to a receipt scanner by snapping a picture of the receipt! Our app will SmartScan the image and pull out the merchant, date and amount of the transaction. We will use this information to either create a new cash expense or attach the receipt to its matching credit card purchase.

Add in any remaining mileage expenses via GPS or odometer entry and you have a completely documented view of all spending.

All that's left is to pick and choose which expenses should be added to an expense report and send it off to be approved. We'll email a PDF copy of your report to anyone with an email address for their approval. You can even be reimbursed directly to a checking account, all online!

Plz bring back the old version (1 star)
I loved this app- it was a sales guy best friend. But then as happens often, someone decided to do an update and completely changed / ruined this app. My problem is simple, when I scan the receipt it does not read anything. It shows up as an expense on my phone and that is it. I tried multiple receipts and have decided to go old school with the paper, scotch tape, and scanner. As the old saying goes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it

Great to have everything at my fingertips.

So far, best on the market (5 stars)
Only been using it 2 days and already saved at least an hour doing my expenses electronically. The categories and tagging allows customization to match my companies and no more mailing receipts across country or cleaning out the brief case after a trip.
