Chick fil a has really done a great job with their mobile ordering, and has saved me a ton of time waiting in line. (Lines at the CFAs near me can easily be 10-15 or more people deep during lunchtime.)

Where this app can improve the most is on the backend. The ordering process can be very slow at times, it takes several seconds to load/add items and submit orders/check in.

Hands down the best fast food app there is. Compared to the other fast food apps this one if worlds apart. I mean BK app basically has the same coupons and shows the menu....big whoop. This app is pretty good for what it is. I would love it if you could change it so that when I am on a food item and choose allergies and nutrition that it went straight to the food item I have already navigated to. Then add a button or something to the main menu page for searching allergies and nutrition? This just makes more sense to me for personal usability. Also need to add nutrition and allergy information for sauces and dressings. Does
