It's a good game if you go to a state with a low population or one with real good leadership. Otherwise you may end up being in a state that's run by bullies and unless you join them you will never really grow. You will get attacked all the time and the higher you go the longer it takes to rebuild. One bad day can set you back weeks, no joke. And that's at a mid level too, like a level 11-12.
