168 helps you balance how you spend your most precious asset, your time. It gives you a quick and simple way to track your time and a unique tool to analyze how you spend your time each week.

When you enter an activity in 168, you also identify that activity's focus (choosing from tasks, health or creative). This is the key to 168. Clarifying the focus of each of your activities helps you understand not just what you did, but why.

168 then allows you to take a look at how your week is turning out, with the use of the balance info graphic which breaks down the week by hours spent on each focus type.

Instead of focusing on just getting things done, 168 allows you to look at your week and enables you to be more mindful about how you balance your most precious asset, your time.
