I have spent a lot of money trying different note taking and handwriting apps. This is by far the best, and with the new features in the latest update, I think it will now be the only one I use from now on.

It allows you to take notes with handwriting or typing while recording audio. You can insert pictures and charts. You can export notes as a PDFs and MP3s via your favorite cloud storage email, or iTunes. You can adjust playback

Handwriting, typing, audio, PDF, image import... It does it all. I love the ability to play back audio in the time-range a note portion was typed!!
And now Universal and iCloud support?!?! Yes please!
