Doesn't do anything other then open the browser.... doesn't pass user information... doesn't save any time.

This does absolutely nothing of value. It asks you to type in credentials and takes you to, wait for it, a sing-in web page. You have to type in your credentials again! It's basically a desktop shortcut that requires an extra step to use. Useless...
