This is one of the most beautifully designed iPad apps I've seen. Visually, it's stunning. Content-wise it could offer more.

Occasional Flyer (3 stars)
The service in the air is wonderful, have not seen any better (flew in Economy class). However, their gate and re-ticketing process in the Frankfurt airport was incredibly poor. Some of the staff needs refresher courses in Customer Service.

Good but not excellent (4 stars)
The app is very nice in terms of design but lacks in content....
