The worlds most curious monkey investigates new words in this fully interactive picture dictionary for young children. Both entertaining and educationally sound, it features charming illustrations and reflects recent research in early childhood literacy. Children can navigate from A to Z with simple swipes and taps, through nearly six hundred words.

To use:
- Scroll back and forth along the alphabet menu. Tap the picture to hear the letter or section read aloud, and tap the blue letter box to go there.

- On each vocabulary page:
- Swipe left and right for new words in alphabetical order.
- Tap the blue house (top right) to return to the main alphabet menu.
- Tap the screen to hear the word read aloud.
- Tap the blue letter box (bottom right) to bring up a secondary menu bar. Scroll left and right along the bar to skip quickly to different words. Tap the box again to hide.

Also included:

- How To is an illustrated users guide to the application.

- Learn, an illustrated story, shows George learning to look up words in his dictionary, drawing children in while introducing them to dictionary skills.

- Numbers, Quantities, Colors & Shapes, and Opposites present thematic vocabulary groupings with whimsical illustrations.

Would like my money back (1 star)
I purchased this app, based on several ratings and that it look real cute for my special education students to use. I was excited until I tried it on my students' new iPod Touches (all 10) and on every single one within 15 seconds it would quit. I tried several times. I downloaded again and re-synced each iPod Touch and still had the same problem. I have not any problem with the 50+ apps my students use.

Stick with the free app (1 star)
The free app is a pretty nice app, so I downloaded the full version. The full version crashes shortly after the app launches. I tried to contact support, no response. I would save the headache and stick with the free app...

App crashes (1 star)
This app worked great for a while, but the past few weeks it crashes every time I open it. My kids and I are very disappointed.
