Does not launch (1 star)
After download, the program does not launch. Keeps shutting down. Multiple attempts to re-download did not help.

A great way to encourage kids to read! (5 stars)
Take their picture and make them the star of the family or their class! Even emerging readers want to read their story. If a child who struggles to read can put themselves in the story they are more interested in the whole book. There is a story for so many occasions, and the sound effects are wonderful.

We are still hoping for a group story that we can put a class picture in and make every child and class feel special.

Cust Service passes the Buck (1 star)
Haven't been able to stop app from crashing, so not able to set up or use books at all. Subscriptions won't download, never shows as available, yet I am charged monthly. JJ cust service keeps telling me it is iTunes issue & closes my requests w/o resolving. So I open another, and same pass-the-buck attitude. Finally stopped the subscription since APP DOESN'T WORK! Super disappointed, as are my kids. Can preview books though. Could be fun
