Clean Quote allows you to gather your prospect's home information including name, address, frequency, home type, lead source, type of service, drive time estimate and more. Next, you'll log room types, sizes (for more accurate quotes), and time estimates per room. You can also take photos and make notes within each room. If you record measurements, your total square footage will be listed along with your production rate based on your time estimate. Log initial cleaning charge, as well as additional services and prices for appliance cleaning, window washing, carpet cleaning and floor care.

Included is the Profitability Module. Price the home based on production rates and/or time estimates. After generating the price, enter employee pay information. Whether you pay an hourly rate or percentage of the job, the app will give your labor costs. Add in all other costs such as payroll expenses, insurance costs, supplies and overhead. Never under-price a home again! The end result will tell you how profitable this home will be - per service and for the year (based on your numbers).

The last step is to email your prospect a copy of the quote. Once you've come up with your price, you have the ability to send an immediate email to your prospect with a pre-written, customizable template that pre-populates your pricing information. You can also email a copy to yourself and export the information.
