Not working. (1 star)
It let me purchase an hour of time, but once I tried to make a (local) call, I heard a recorded message that wasn't even understandable, then it hung up on me. I tried it both by choosing numbers from my contacts and by dialing on the keypad. It would help if at least the message was decipherable. I'll keep trying, and will change my rating when and if it ever works.

First, this app does require that you purchase minutes to use. So add that to the cost of the app. At the time of this writing it is $2 for an hour, and $13 for 8 hours. BUT, most other call recording apps also charge a fee for minutes, and here's why: Apple does not allow app developers to just record the phone conversation.
