Nice to have easily available; but....... (3 stars)
Certainly anyone can carry a small copy of Robert's Rules with them; but having it with you all the time if you belong to organizations and attend a lot of meetings in great. Where this appliction could be improved upon and perhaps be 5 star rated is in its presentation. A zooming mode (especially for the iPhone) would make the charts more useful and readable. A "search" utility would also help. The Table of Contents section is

really bad presentation, good info (2 stars)
Having a handy chart of how and when each type of rule can be invoked is good to have. My problem with that particular function of this ap is that it refuses to scroll smoothly and has no zoom feature. It makes it very difficult to use.
