Get this app.....it is really easy to read & use.....very simple.....open instantly.....only one thing I can suggest......Please add a Down Payment Option and you'd have the best app out for mortgages.....Thanks Guys !!!!!!

Very handy (4 stars)
This app is very useful. It's a good tool to explain how principle and interest work and how much of your payment goes to interest. It's great to help you plan when buying a car or house. What would be handy is to see the the total amount paid to interest over the term of the loan to compare different loan options.

great app. but needs one more thing (4 stars)
This has really worked great for what it is to do. You need to add for the start of each year on the schedule a area for escrow, because that is part of a payment and it changes from year to year. see what you can do. I think it would help.
