Our new mobile app has been enhanced to allow you to:

locate ATMs or Branches using your phones GPS & get directions using Google maps
sign up and receive push alerts that notify you when your balance is low, you have insufficient funds, your CheckCard is used and many more
pay bills and transfers funds up to 365 days in advance
sign in using your same online banking user ID and password

Future enhancements will include the ability to save your user ID, reset passwords and many others.

Please visit the Mobile Banking tab in Online Banking to select and rename your accounts that display within the app.

If you do not remember your Online ID or Password, simply call 1-800-472-2265 for assistance.

This app is not better than the first on. I hate have to login in every time I want to check my balance. It should have just a pin.

Disappointed! (1 star)
I'm disappointed in this app. I agree with the others who have requested the old app back! I dislike having to log in every time--I liked the PIN! Also, I don't like that I can't hide accounts. My name is on multiple accounts, therefore I see ALL of them every time I log on. I like being able to access all of those accounts but I don't want to see ALL of them every time I log in.

This app is a Downgrade! (1 star)
Do not let the Regions email fool you. This is not an upgrade but a downgrade to an app that is not very functional and a pain to even open. Besides typing in your user name and password every time you want information, even when you need to quickly access another app like taking a phone call, you have to remember the account numbers to know which accounts you are accessing. I guess in the budget cuts Regions had to let go their IT people wh
