Do you struggle to keep track of how much water you drink each day? Do you want to improve your hydration? When it comes to personal health, knowledge is power. The Hydration Check app provides a fun and easy way to track your total hydration so that you can know the true hydrating power of the drinks you take in each day.
The Hydration Check app allows you to select the beverages you want displayed from a list of twenty-one common drinks and provides a short description of the hydrating power of each. Enter in what you drink each day and let the app tell you how hydrated you are in terms of water equivalents. See your total hydration at the end of the day (resets at Midnight) and track progress over a three week period. Within the app, your personal list of beverages can be changed at any time, so if you drink milk with breakfast one day and orange juice the next, Hydration Check can keep up! Additionally, if you make a mistake, you can delete your entries and resubmit.
