Just clasp the iPhone between your hands and choose a mode. You can turn the screen off to help from accidentally pressing the stop button. After 30 seconds, you can choose another mode. Hold it moderate to tightly between your hands and the vibrations can bring soothing feeling back into your hand.

There's three different modes, lite, strong, and magical. Lite will vibrate a little bit, while strong vibrates constantly and is the strongest mode. Magical mixes it up with strong and lite, almost like a unique massage or crazy fun dance. It has its own mind sometimes in the puzzle patterns of vibrations it creates.
