I'll say that this app is worth more than what they are charging ($2.00). The amount of data this thing collects is nothing short of fantastic. The guides are clear... if you aren't sure what muscles are targeted/how to do the workout correctly. I'm happy to say that I don't have to worry about Favorite app---period!
