Now I can give this app five stars. The custom was crashing but not any more. It does it all, just get it . I'm glad I did, I can see some of my abs now.

Superb workout! Love not having to think about what to do, just get busy. Even works with my bowflex at home with a little ingenuity. Highly recommended. Haven't seen it incorporate in a run yet but would like to see it in a version.
