Missing a few key pieces (3 stars)
This really should have a better way of keeping track of your progress and weight. As it stands what it tracks does not really help in any way. So what you are paying for is simply pics with discriptions of how to do the workout.

4 workouts, NOT 6; and very skimpy. (1 star)
The description at the time I bought it said 6, but it ony has 4. One of these is so skimpy that it only has 4 exercises! And they are badly assembled workouts--no one could have even tried them. Skip it.

Good but could be better!! (3 stars)
I'd like to see videos of the moves. Also tips of what to do, and not to about form - it's got to be more about form!!
