Great!! (4 stars)
I'm a guy and 17 and I use this! It doesn't matter if you're a guy or a girl you can still use this app! It's great!! But I still would recommend a guys version because some of these exercises want dumbbells but the weight they want is low I use 20lbs they want 10lbs so bring in some guy workouts!!

Good app, but takes up lots of memory (3 stars)
I loved this app, but when I went to sync my phone to my computer, I found out the file size was huge! I hate saying it, but I uninstalled it, if it was smaller I would have kept it on it. If you guys find a way to make it take up less memory, then it'll go back on my phone!

Best workout app ever! (5 stars)
After two weeks of using the beginner workouts for 4-5 days a week I am 5 pounds lighter. Plus the format is easy to follow and I can workout in my living room. No gym membership needed. Love it!!!
