The great & unique aspect of this App is that it automatically adjusts allowable calories as you lose weight, maintaining a 7.1 calorie per pound ratio, which is optimal for weight loss. Data entry is easy and the data base is fulsome. Custom foods can be added. The recipe feature actually divides the full measure of ingredients in a recipe by the # of servings you enter in the recipe. Customer assistance is the best I've encountered. Me

It would be great if you could break down the fat into all three instead of just saturated fat.
