App shuts down (3 stars)
Had to quit Elle.com app because the app never delivered. This one is on the verge of perfection (awesome content, fabulous forecasts, and interesting graphics that don't get in the way), WHEN it works. But it's streaky - currently shutting down before the forecast loads. iPad has a ton of space left, is loaded with the latest software.

What happened? (3 stars)
This app is one of my favorites, but after a month or so it won't even open. It's a shame. I hope this an be fixed soon.
