Good, but not great (3 stars)
The user interface is absolutely beautiful! My problem with it is that it's just too limited in the rhythms it has to offer (e.g. no SVT). I would say it's worth a dollar or two, and I'd even splurge for $3, but the fact that this is a sale?

I recommend ECG guide. It doesn't have as beautiful an interface as Instant ECG, but the content is much richer. ECG interpret is also a good one with a nice interface and good content.

A steal (5 stars)
An excellent app for student, resident or attending. I highly reccomend it.

Wow! This app has a lot to offer and I find myself using frequently in daily clinical care.
