App still has some bugs, not working and showing the information after you pay for the app! Wait for the bugs to get worked out,

I paid through the apple app store but when I log into the app itself to get its full resources, it says "oops, you do not have access to content. Do you wish to buy. " it looks like a good app if it just works.
