VocaLive provides singers and vocalists with a suite of 12 real-time professional vocal effects along with a capable recorder for studio quality sound in a portable package. VocaLive gives you the ability to record vocals or other instruments (single or multitrack) with effects, sing along with your favorite iTunes song library (with a Voice Cancel feature for practicing over songs with existing vocals) and warm up your voice with the included Vocal Tools. This is cool and stuff I own the app but u know what would be helpful???? Apple or ikmultimedia ... Is the option of looping while recording. So I won't have to play the same riff for 5 mins straight.

Great with or without Irig mic

Without iPad support and audiocopy/audiopaste for DAW processing this is more toy than tool. With those updates Vocalive could be truly useful, though still in need of a facelift in order to justify the price. It does what it claims, but it's not a user-friendly portable solution. Unfortunately there is no better option for vocal effects available...yet.
