Good customer support (5 stars)
When I downloaded the update, the app was throwing out an error. I didn't expect any resonse when I emailed their customer support, but I was shocked when someone emailed me back at 9pm - they told me that it was a temporary server issue and they would get it fixed; then they took to the time to email me back when it was fixed.

Broken - needs fixing (1 star)
Just updated my app and it demands I register - which I already did. All the links to servers are now invalid and I cannot get maps or fix on my location. My ipad install won't work at all either. I used to love this but am not pleased by this 'update'. Also DON'T buy the ipad HD version, it doesn't work at all because of invalid servers.

Not happy with this app (2 stars)
I've tried this app a couple of times now and it just doesn't work the way I think it should. Took a 10 mile hike today that I've taken several times and this app only recorded it at 6.1 and dud not record elevation gain. I guess I'll try it again just to see if I get a different result but I can't really recommend this particular app I'm afraid.
