Need to be able to add a pin location if u come on a group of signs and want to add them

I love it !!! except that it only shows Craig list ads on the map.
Most people in my town still list their garage sale in the local paper ( which is available on line) if there was some way to link to that site's page or copy those ads into the app and place a pin and corresponding description on the map for those sales also I would pay big bucks!!!!! Or maybe at least the ability to manually add and drop a pin for other addresses I
