It's wonderful, simple as that. I've been looking for an automatically-updating podcasting solution for my iPad 2, since Apple has for some unfathomable reason decided that I don't need this basic functionality on my iDevices (devices it claims can now be used without a desktop!). I found a recommendation for Downcast on an internet message board, paid the $2 and downloaded. Signed up for my usual podcasts, and...voila! Everything downloads
