Quick-start guide:
- Hold the device in portrait mode and avoid tilting it (straight vertical !)
- Tap the START button
- Rotate the device to the left or right
- When the two shapes on top form a circle, an image will be taken automatically
- Keep rotating the device in the chosen direction
- Tap the FINISH button or put the device in landscape orientation to stitch and view the panorama
- Tap the Gallery button anytime to cancel shooting

You ask "why vertical"? (5 stars)
The simple answer is (probably) because if lens distortion and photo sensor size. If you'll notice, the amount of horizontal turning before the camera takes another picture is roughly equivalent to the height of the vertical picture on your screen. This suggests the program ignores the top and the bottom of your screen and only merges the middle third of your shot with the middle third of your next shot. Hence, your final photo is approximat

FANTASTIC (5 stars)
Just downloaded this about half hour ago on my 4s......works great! Admittedly this is a short usage, but so far it is so simple and seamless it's hard to believe! Takes great pictures; I just took pic of co-workers downloading this app after seeing my demo. Ten stars if was able!
