I tried many of the animated GIF creating apps and this one is my favorite. It has a clean interface and is very easy to use. Most of its competitors force you to use social networks or third party websites to get access to the GIFs you made. This app lets you save locally as well as share. It also lets you choose from three sizes. If those feature are important to you download this app.
