Great for full moonrise photography (5 stars)
I've used this app a number of times to photograph full moon rises. I was able to find the perfect location to setup for a photo of the full moon rising right above the Cliff Palace at Mesa Verde National Park in southern Colorado. Before this app, I would use the navel observatory info, but you would have to account daylight savings time. Works as advertised. Very useful. One feature that would be helpful is to have a compass needle incorporated so that you are properly oriented to the directions LightTrac is displaying. For example, if you arrive at a location when it is difficult to see the sun (overcast or dark) and you wish to envision the sun's direction during a sunny day, referencing the LightTrac interface does not allow you to know which direction you are facing with

LightTrac is is just short of what I call a simple, but quite extraordinary app that's easy to understand and operate. I'm sure that everyone would agree that some great photographs simply come from being in the right place at the right time, or in other words just plain luck.
