The Polamatic app brings back the instant nostalgia of Polaroid pictures to your iPhone or iPod Touch.

Create or import a photo then select from 12 Polaroid frames in the format of the Polaroid Classic Border logo as well as 12 photo filters, write a caption, and finally share your Polaroid picture with the world!

Features

- 12 authentic Polaroid Classic Border frames. The frames are not computer generated, they are high quality scans of new, used, and vintage Polaroid picture frames.

- 12 photo effects to customize your photo any way you choose. We give you plenty of effects so you will be sure to find the one that you love.

- Add text to your Polaroid picture, after choosing from 12 different fonts.

- Share with anyone! Share your Polaroid picture via FaceBook, Twitter, Flickr, Tumblr, Instagram, or email. You can also save your Polaroid picture directly to your iPhone photo library.

Low-res photos (1 star)
1. Only saves in low-res.
2. Filters are unoriginal and uninspiring.

The only good thing is the set of 12 Polaroid frames. App is sorely let down by low resolution.

Sorta kinda.... (4 stars)
The borders are great....the effects are and overlays are nice as well but the low res is a bummer!!! I don't know why apps come out that only do web size? What if I want to print this? It will look like ......:/ please up the res!!

Underwhelmed (2 stars)
Good: interesting assortment of frames. Ability to write on frames.
Bad: No front camera. Lousy filters.
I'd like it to make the Polaroid camera eject sound. How about a Spectra format size? How about a printing service where actual insta style prints could be made? Since this is a paid app it should really offer something a lot more than the free insta apps.
