How do I make this talk because It won't let me when I say speak

Monotone & slow (3 stars)
The app does what it says. It's free, using advertisements unless you pay for the app. It's too slow in processing a lot of text. Keep it to less than 15 sentences and it reads them back okay. Otherwise the wait time for the reading to start takes too long. Monotone robotic voice of the reader can be hard to understand, and there isnt a way to pause or replay previous few seconds.
