Does NOT work! (1 star)
Worked for one call up until I bought $10 in credit. Now I can't even make changes to my profile; in essence it acts as if I were "logged out", except there's no way to "log back in". Quite unbelievable. Do yourself a favor, heed the advice of this and other reviewers and stay away from this app. I wonder if there's a way to report these types of apps to Apple so they can consider removing them from the App Store. Smooth as Silk (5 stars)
I've had this app since the original iPhone. The new version on my Verizon iPhone 4 works incredibly well. Seamless and with great call quality. I have used it overseas (Europe) in wifi mode to call the US. Once again, flawless. Get it. I use it at home as well.

Wifi calls may be difficult from some wifi spots (5 stars)
I recently had great difficulty I'making a Wifi from a hotel in London (to US). After some going back and forth with Truphone technical support, I find that some sources can block VOIP calls while allowing general access to the Internet. When I went to a different wifi spot Truphone worked very well. (Truphone needs to point out this potential problem on their FAQ page on their web site; that would have saved me a lot of grief.)
