Swing by Swing has been completely re-designed, and re-imagined. Everybody gets lots of free new functionality with this update - a limited version of the Scorecard is now free for everybody. One-off shot tracking is also free.

Loopers get even more power (but still so easy a 5 year old could figure it out!)

Here's a quick run-down:

Before your round of golf:

* Our interface is completely re-designed, using industry standard best practices. Navigation is simple, easy, painless.

* In-app graphs and stats are now included! Basic stats and graphs are free for everybody, but Loopers get more, and cooler graphs.

* You can see golf courses near you on a map, or in list view.

* You can add Favorites for quick, easy access to your most played courses

* You can get EXACT distances on your local driving range. (You'll need to map your range, but this functionality is easy and free.)

* You can click the address of a course to get directions, or click the phone number to call

During your round:

* The basic scorecard module is now free for everybody! Loopers get extended functionality.

* The in-round interface is completely re-designed, using industry standard best practices. You'll be able to navigate the app during your round with ease.

* When you're playing a round of golf, the top nav bar has been removed for more viewable area of the satellite photo. Loopers don't see ads at all, giving almost the entire area of your phone the satellite photo.

Best golf ap out there (5 stars)
Tried golflogix and it is no where near as intuitive as this app. The stats are amazing with looper and helps my golf game a lot. I would highly recommend the upgrade. These guys are awesome!!

Fantastic App (5 stars)
Numbers don't lie. The after round and historical data allowed me to focus on specific areas for improvement. Only downside (and perhaps it is a function I am overlooking) but 9 hole rounds are double i.e. a 40 for 9 is doubled to 80 vs capturing the score for only 9
