Customer Reviews

Good as a guide, app could use some work (4 stars)
As a guide it is comprehensive and covers all the sites I would want it to. As an app, it's not very personalizable- no searching, no favorites and no making day itineraries. I do like the fact that sites are available by map, neighborhood, or catagory, though.

Disappointing... (1 star)
Just went to Rome... Been a fan of Lonely Planet for years, but found this app to be relatively useless in Rome. GPS tracking did not work. Limited text on general information. Limited entries for restaurants. So, absolutely no benefit from this app. Better option is Rome2Go (cheaper and GPS works). For guide, nothing beats the ItalyGuide.IT apps series, especially the Vatican Museum one. Will stay away from Lonely Planet apps, but ma

Inaccurate information. (1 star)
There's inaccurate information in the Party Nights section. Towards the end. Gilberto Santa Rosa is from Puerto Rico not costa rica.
