Use this cloud computing software to track and manage your diesel purchases. website coming soon which will allow fleet managers and trucking companies to monitor all purchases made by all company drivers using Diesel Tracker within the Truck Stops application

Truck Stops was created, developed, and programmed by a professional truck driver. Additionally, the truck stops app has been available since July, 2009. It was the very first app to list information about truckstops. The developer is devoted entirely to the Truckster app. In fact, every effort is being made to include everything possibly needed by the trucking industry within this application. In addition to the trucking industry, much of the information within the app is extremely useful for RV owners. Additionally, Truckster is available on Android and users from both platforms share/use/update same data. There are a combined 50,000 active users using this application on Iphone and Android, making it the biggest source of truckstop data for mobile applications.

WINNER OF THE 2010 WILEY PUBLISHING CO. IPHONE APP CONTEST

The iphone version of this application won an app development contest in May, 2010. Wiley Publishing Co. (publishers of the "for dummies" series of books) conducted a design contest and selected Truck Stops as the best app within the contest.

TRUCK STOPS.
This section is currently listed by state,then highway, followed by exit. First, select the state. Second, select the highway. Then select the appropriate truck stop on that highway. From there, you will see all available information covering that particular truck stop. Information such as number of diesel pumps, number of showers, types of restaurants, availability of laundry, drivers lounge, and scale. Additionally, maps of the stops are available by clicking on the map button.

REST STOPS.
Operates similar to truck stops section. Select state, then highway, and followed by specific rest stop.

WALMART LOCATIONS
You can select which way you wish to search for Walmarts, either by city or by highway.

LOCAL SECTION
This section currently holds local truck stops, weigh stations, rest stops, local Walmarts, local diesel fuel prices, nearby cat scales, local TripPak, local Blue Beacon, and local hotels.

DIESEL FUEL PRICES
Diesel prices are currently available for:
1) PILOT
2) TA
3) PETRO
4) LOVES
5) AMBEST
6) FLYING J

These prices are frequently updated. Fuel data can be viewed on each truck stop page, within the local section, and according to highway.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES.
The application several features, including notes, nearby, update, add new, and starting with version 5.1, a message board. These features allow the drivers using this application to assist the developer in updating the information and adding additional stops. Additionally, the features allow drivers to communicate with each other by allowing them to post notes about each stop, by listing items which are nearby the stops, or by posting messages on the messageboard. THIS APPLICATION IS DESIGN TO BE A COMMUNITY EFFORT.

MISC SECTION
The Misc Section has weigh stations, hotels accessible by truck stops, Speedco locations, and Transflo locations.

WEIGH STATIONS
This section provides location information about weigh stations within the U.S. Each location has information concerning highway and mile marker location. Additionally, each location has GPS coordinates so each location is mappable. Plus, Users track which weigh stations are open/closed with weigh station alerts

HOTELS
The purpose of this section is to provide information concerning hotels which are accessible by trucks. Each location is either located next to a truck stop or the hotel has its own truck parking.

SPEEDCO
This section provides information about speedco locations throughout the U.S.

TRANSFLO
This section provides information about truck stops which have Transflo services.

It doesn't work anymore (1 star)
Since newest update, doesn't work. Wont open. I don't need it when i'm at a trkstp and on internet. I need it out on the road to find the trkstp with internet!!! Fix this and I'll give 5 stars.

Crash!!! (2 stars)
After the last update this app no longer works on my i touch. It only works with a wifi sig. I used to love this app. Please fix.

Crashes all the time (1 star)
This app crashes now.... Fix this please.... Don't need it to work with wifi only.... I need it going down the road.... It used to work great, why did u mess it up? Please go back to where it worked without wifi... Thanks
