Those reviews who say CardBank doesn't work, state in their own words that they only tried it ONCE and when it didn't work on the first scan, immediately wrote off the entire app as a scam. This simply isn't true and we have asked repeatedly for people to contact us through Twitter so we can help with any problems which 9 out of 10 times is user error. (Interestingly enough, those who leave bad reviews would rather complain than take advantage of our customer service.)

Set your device to full brightness
Rotate your device to landscape view
Use handheld scanners if possible
Scan at a slight angle
Hold the scanner 6 away from your iPhone

Always at risk of losing all data

Sent twitter question, they never bothered to answer

Better, but still needs work (3 stars)
The one of two places the thing worked and shop rite bailed out. Good job shop rite, what's the matter, not getting a cut of the sales? The app stinks anyway, what's next, deleting CVS. Don't waste the .99 cents.

Getting Better (3 stars)
The app is getting better, but you still need a way to backup and import the data. The app has dumped my data two times and I have had to spend hours entering all the info again. You also need to add password protection to the program.
