Please test with ePrint Free at first, then get ePrint.

[HP ink-jet printer user]
when "Failed to get printer control command" message appears,
please set PDL to "PCL3GUI".
Also set "Port" is "Port9100", when register printer manually.

[Support Printers / PDL (Printer Description Language)]
ePrint works with the printers installing the following printer description language.
Please check each printer manufacture web site to confirm what printer description language your printer has.
Please check if ePrint supports your printers PDL before you purchase ePrint.

ePrint supports shared printer by Mac. It isnt depends on Printer manufactures (PDL).

please enter user name without [@me.com] when you try to connect iDisk.

Ignore the negatives. (5 stars)
Most of the negative reviewers' reasons are completely false and they just don't know what they're doing. Eprint is in the open in... tab on PDF and things that support it as just one example of wrong reviews. I have no trouble printing absolutely anything from my iPhone or iPad to a Dell monochrome laser printer hooked up to an old Dell print server. I've also printed to various other printers when connected to friends' networks.

Great App (5 stars)
Love it. Any problems I've had with it have been my error. *sigh* Works great and setup is a breeze.
So I'm thinking the negative reviewers are either liars or fools. Just sayin'.
