How to? :

- Open SETTINGS on your device.

- Select CAMERA ROLL.
- Select LAST photo.
- Tap SET
- SET LOCK SCREEN.
(additonal step to set original wallpaper as home screen background)
- Select the photo BEFORE LAST.
- Tap SET.
- SET HOME SCREEN.
