Good for what it does (4 stars)
The app is designed to amplify the available light in very low light situations where the Camera app would be useless. This app does that very well. It's not a replacement for the Camera app and doesn't claim to be. As for the review complaining about the "ghosting" afterimage, perhaps you should read the app description before you review (or buy); the developer states that the app is processing the image in real time to amplify th

I wouldn't recomend this program for 'serious' low light photos, but there are some neat effects you can make that create kind of an 'artistic' photo! I like the results...

Yes, it actually does what it says. It will increase the ability to take low light pictures by a small margin. It's not dramatic but it's better than the default camera by about 30% in my estimation. It seems worth having if you have a need for low light photography.
